Thus, by combining Fulcrum’s capabilities with Moxtra, you can keep the whole company notified about the status of your mobile record collection.
Setup Instructions
In Moxtra:
Step 1
Click on the Integrations menu on the left navigation. Search for Fulcrum and click on the Add button next to it.
Step 2
Choose a Moxtra binder to post Fulcrum notifications. Or create a new binder. Choose if you want the notifications to be posted as a Chat, Page or a To-do. Provide a Description.
Press the Create Integration button when you are done.
Step 3
You will be given a Webhook URL to use within Fulcrum. Copy this URL so that you can use it in a later step.
In Fulcrum:
Note: A member must have a role with the Change Organization Profile permission to manage webhooks.
Step 1
From the Fulcrum dashboard, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click Settings. If you want to change the organization, click the name of the organization from the left menu.
Step 2
On the Settings page, select the API Webhooks from the left navigation.
Step 3
Click on Add Webhook.
Step 4
Fill out the Name of the Webhook as Moxtra. Add the Moxtra URL in the URL box. Ensure that the Active? box is checked.
Press Save Webhook when you are done.
Step 5
Congratulations! Integrating Moxtra with your Fulcrum account is complete. When there is any mobile data recorded, you will be notified in your Moxtra binder.
