OpenTrails Trailhead App

Our OpenTrails app helps you gather [OpenTrails](http://archive.codeforamerica.org/specifications/trails/) compatible data on trailheads. The outputted Trailheads file contains point geometry and metadata associated with trailheads, which serve as points of access for trails. Each trailhead can serve as a point of access for multiple named trails. Data exported out of this app requires minimal [post-processing](https://gist.github.com/bmcbride/920e45c82f16563c7618) in order to generate the proper trailhead files, per the [OpenTrails trailheads.geojson specification](http://archive.codeforamerica.org/specifications/trails/spec.html). This app works offline, in cases where there is no internet access, and is easily customizable to include other data fields as well.
