An app for collecting video for OpenStreetMap editing
This is a very simple video collection app built for collecting GPS tagged video to use for OpenStreetMap editing and modification. By recording video using Fulcrum's SpatialVideo functionality, you can collect tons of raw data for later post-processing into OSM data in a desktop or mobile app editor. This app works great for driving down the street with your phone mounted to your side window, or strapped to a motorcycle for easy and quick city data collection. While editing OSM data, you have a video to scrub through and grab street signs, address points, and building categories and types. Use this app to document changes to traffic patterns, new buildings or developments, demolitions, or any other changes to the cityscape.
