This app enables the user to capture manhole inspection data, including pipe connectivity inside the manhole, capturing photos, video, and a signature. A "For Office Use Only" section that is used for QA is initially hidden from the inspector to avoid confusion, but appears when the status changes to show that it has been inspected. It automatically captures the weather using a web service. (You'll want to register for your own account and put your own API key into the Data Events.)
