Emergency Managers can now conduct rapid, house by house, damage assessments for fire with our Fire PDA app. The classification criteria is based on FEMA's Individual Assistance program. Have on-site team members download Fulcrum on their mobile devices, conduct a damage assessment of residential structures and have real-time results available in the emergency operation center (EOC). This app works offline, in case of no / low internet signal, and the questions are fully customizable to fit your damage-assessment needs
