The Handicapped Accessibility app can be used to document handicapped access at a given location, for ADA compliance. Fields include a choice list of location types, feature types (such as wheelchair ramp, lift, etc), as well as fields for documenting the state of functionality. The app also has notes and photo fields, for quick documentation of problems. As always, this app can be expanded on to meet a more specific use case, and works offline in case of low internet signal strength.
