The On-Site Detailed Damage Assessment app can be used during disaster preparation to assess how well existing school facilities can be adapted into a shelter during an emergency situation. The app can also be used to document existing shelters to ensure that standards, amenities, and equipment are maintained. This app is specifically for surveying schools being used as disaster shelters, but it can be modified to support other facility types. This app works offline, in cases of low / no internet signal.
